Kitchen Addition

In this major home renovation, the kitchen is completely relocated and the living area is opened up. Bright and spacious living area is now a great gathering place for the family and friends. Beautiful walnut cabinetry and open floor plan is an homage to the mid-century years this California home was built. 
In addition to the living area improvements, the office space was repurposed with the addition of a murphy bed wall with cabinetry so it can be used as a guest room as needed. 
Laundry room was also moved inside of the house and reconfigured in a utility room with much-needed extra storage.

San Mateo Residence

Primary Bedroom and Bathroom Renovation

This is a major house remodel in Atascadero, California. All three bedrooms and bathrooms of this house are remodeled and modernized. With the addition of a fourth bedroom, overall organization and functionality of the house is greatly improved. Laundry room is relocated, the new bedroom addition is opened up to the beautiful backyard filled with hundred year old oak trees.

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine.
