Residence 22 is a small renovation project in Huntington Beach, CA. The owner was interested in creating a secondary entrance to the upper level of her house from the courtyard. We created an exterior staircase and reorganized the interior rooms to accommodate this secondary entrance. A portion of the second floor is now independently accessed from outside.
